From the 20th to the 23rd of May, the city of Barcelona hosts a very special event for the Cloud Native community: KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2019. This event is dedicated to learning and spreading the word of Kubernetes and other Cloud-native technologies. An unmissable appointment!

KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2019 is the meeting point for application developers, IT service providers, Cloud-native projects and technologies contributors and people who want to know more about these technologies. These days will provide a space to learn about this Cloud-native applications ecosystem. In addition, you will have the opportunity to join projects hosted by the CNCF or Cloud Native Computing Foundation and establish a union between the different Cloud-native project communities.

KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon Europe 2019

On this new edition of KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon there will be over 70 presentations on Cloud-native technologies, coming in different formats: case studies, tutorials, social events, talks… The sessions will cover different topics like Machine Learning, storage, Serverless, security, identity and policy, performance, scalability and CI/CD, among others. Besides that, CAPSiDE will be participating in one of the KubeCon + Cloud NativeCon Europe 2019 sessions. Rael García, Systems Reliability Engineer at CAPSiDE and member of the Kubernetes project, will be one of the fourth-day speakers. On May 23rd, from 15:55h to 17:20h, the session “Intro + Deep Dive: Kubernetes (Docs) SIG” will take place. Along with Zach Corleissen, Lead Technical Writer at Linux Foundation, Rael will talk about how the Kubernetes content and documentation is managed. At the end of the technical session, they will carry out a demo to put what has been explained into practice. Also, they will tell you how to participate in the project.
